Warranty 

Don't let the price of a direct to consumer bike fool you--you'll pay in maintenance and repair costs. That's why we only carry brands with a warranty. 

Read below for the warranties offered by the different brands we represent! 

Magnum offers 1 year comprehensive warranty that covers all essential components. This covers the bicycle frame, electric motor, battery, display console, and controller.

E-Lux offers a front to back warranty for the first year, excluding tires and tubes, covering the electrical components and frame. After the first year, batteries may be eligible for repairs or a prorated replacement cost. 

iGo offers an outstanding warranty. 

iGO products are warrantied to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of:

24 months on the motor, controller, display, and frame, including all electronics except the battery

18 Months warranty on the battery

This warranty does not apply to wearable parts such as tires, brakes or normal wear and tear items.

Riese & Muller offers a remarkable 5 year warranty on the frame. 

Beyond this, there is a full two year warranty on the battery. 

Product Warranty Period

Serial 1 eBicycles and original components Twenty-four (24) months

Serial 1 eBicycle frames Sixty (60) months

It excludes normal wear and tear on the product. 

Gocycle offers 1 year warranty on the battery, two years on the electrical system, and three years on the frame. 

Excluded from warranty are wear and consumable items such as tires, brake pads, natural ageing and corrosion of surfaces and colours or components and any normal wear and tear.

Pegasus offers a 5 year warranty on the frame. Then, as they use Bosch components, the Bosch battery is warrantied for two years. 

Bulls offers a 5 year warranty on the frame, and Bosch offers a warranty of two years on the battery. 

Emojo offers a comprehensive warranty for 1 year that excludes wear and tear parts. Covered is the frame, suspension, battery, controller, motor, and charger.
